Program Rules

  1. Arrive on time to all evaluations. E.g, if you are in the 7am timeslot, please be sure to arrive at 7am (even if you are last on the list).
  2. No catch-up evaluations can be made if they are missed. Please keep this in mind before cancelling your evaluation.
  3. Any changes or cancellations to evaluations need to be communicated to the HIIT phone via text or call. Please do not contact reception or your evaluator personally.
  4. You must notify us if you will not be attending your evaluation (even if it is a last-minute cancellation) or if you have swapped a timeslot with someone else.
  5. You must consume all macros each day. We have calculated your macros to fit your specific goal and therefore, if you undereat or overeat, you could potentially jeopardise your results.
  6. Consuming all your supplements is important as they are there to help with recovery, clarity, endurance, immunity, muscle building and much more.
  7. You must follow your meal plan for the first week as plans are not altered daily. Macros will be reviewed (and altered if required) at the end of the week.
  8. No alcohol is to be consumed during your challenge.
  9. Fast food should be limited and always macroed in.
  10. HIIT work is a great tool to step up your energy expenditure, so it is recommended you complete it.
  11. Be positive in the forum – no negative posts or ‘bad’ food posts.
  12. Everything with a caloric intake must be accounted for.
  13. Please contact the HIIT phone directly with any questions; please do not ask our receptionist and do not contact any staff member personally, especially via Facebook or Instagram.
  14. Please ask us any nutritional questions before asking in the FB forum to ensure the correct answer is given.
