This is why we absolutely love our 8-Week Program; it gives our clients a structured routine with designated goals, challenges, tasks, and a lot of learning to build them into clean-eating, strong, fit HIITERS. HIIT transformation programs are complete with 1-on-1 support, attention, motivation, encouragement, and an abundance of knowledge. You will not only transform the way you look but how you feel and how you see food. You will be guided and pushed to help you reach your full fitness potential.

You will have access to 28 classes per week, a challengers-only technique training class, and we will test your fitness pre- & post-challenge to track your improvements.


Our Accredited Sports Nutritionists' provide you with a personalised meal plan, personalised macronutrients which are reviewed weekly, plus three informative nutrition seminars.


We are here for you every step of the way! We encourage you to book meetings with us, to engage in our private forum, and to utilise our private app to ensure you remain on track.


HIIT Station run 28 HIIT Classes each week inspired by various training techniques.

Our classes incorporate Muay Thai and Strength & Conditioning, as well as HIIT methods to help produce a strong, lean physique. Interval training is all the rage now and for good reason! High Intensity Interval Training (or HIIT as it’s called) is a full-body cardio workout and involves alternating short bursts of super intense work, with a low intensity recovery, which is ideal for beginners chasing a fast, fat-burning result.
