Ab Workout 

Ladder (Abs)

Work your way through the following exercises in descending order. 

100 x Scissor Kicks
80 x Side Taps 
60 x Toe Touches 
40 x Side Plank Dips (20 x Each Side)
20 x Sit-Ups

Advanced Option – Once you have worked down to 20 sit ups, work your way back up to the start with 20 sit-ups, then 40 side planks dips and so on.
