Lower Body Workout

EMOM (Lower Body) 

“EMOM” stands for “Every Minute on the Minute”. You must complete the prescribed number of reps at each station within 60 seconds. You can then use whatever time is left in that minute to rest before moving on to the next set. If you do not finish the reps within that 60 seconds, you must start the reps again when the next minute ticks over.

4 x 60 Second Rounds of Each Station

EMOM 1 

10 x Alternating Step-Back Lunges
10 x Jump Squats 

EMOM 2

5 x Half Burpee 
10 x Get Ups
15 x Squat Hold Pulses 

EMOM 3

20 x Single Leg Glute Bridge Raise (10 x Each Side) 
Glute Bridge Hold until end of minute

EMOM 4 

5 x Jumping Lunges (Both Legs = 1 Rep)
10 x Ski Lunges
15 x Froggies
