Giant Sets (Upper Body)

Complete all of the listed exercises before moving on to the next round.

Round 1 – 30 seconds on, 10 seconds off
Round 2 – 45 seconds on, 10 seconds off
Round 3 – 1 minute on, 20 seconds off
Round 4 – 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off

1. Hand Release Push-Ups
2. Bench Tricep Dips
3. Pike Push-Ups
4. Plate Side Holds
5. Walk Out Push-Ups 
6. Towel Curls
