Lower Body Workout 

Ladder (Lower Body)

Work your way through the following exercises in descending order.

50 x Box Plyo Step Ups (25 x Each Side)
40 x Froggies 
30 x Ski Lunges 
20 x Get Ups
10 x Burpee 

Advanced Option – Once you have worked down to 10 x Burpees, work your way back up to the start with 20 x Get Ups, then 30 x Ski Lunges and so on.
