AMRAP (Upper Body)

Complete as many rounds as possible at each station within the specified time cap.

Station 1 – 5 Minute Time Cap

10 x Shoulder Taps 
10 x Pike Push-Ups
10 x Commandos 

Station 2 – 5 Minute Time Cap

10 x Close Grip Push-Ups 
10 x Push-Ups
10 x Bench Tricep Dips

Station 3 – 5 Minute Time Cap

10 x Bicep Curl (Towel used for resistance)
10 x Bent Over Row (Towel used for resistance)
10 x Overhead Press
