HALF/HALF

Half weights. Half cardio. 100% results.

Start strong with 30 minutes of strength training, using functional equipment to build power, improve form, and drive real results. Then, shift gears with 30 minutes of Muay Thai. Combining punches, kicks, knees, and elbows in a safe, high-energy environment that torches calories and builds confidence. Prefer to skip the gloves? Choose our cardio finisher instead for a heart-pumping sweat session that keeps you moving from start to finish. This class is the perfect balance of strength, skill, and stamina, designed to challenge your body and sharpen your mind.

HIIT HARDER

This 60-minute class is fast-paced, partnered, and functional. Expect strength drills, skill work, and a conditioning workout designed to push you and your partner past limits. It’s dynamic, sweaty, and addictive, combined with variety that keeps you on your pushing further every single time.

MAXX STRENGTH

Your Strongest Self, Unlocked.

A class dedicated to lifting heavier and building functional strength. Focus on major lifts, progressive overload, and technique. With a coach guiding you every rep, this is where you develop power, resilience, and the confidence to dominate your training.

HIIT ROX

Endurance Engine.

Row, run, bike, ski, burpees! This cardio conditioning session is designed to push stamina to new levels. Across 60 minutes, you’ll grind, sweat, and build an engine that won’t quit. Perfect for fat burning, endurance goals, and mental toughness.

HIIT SKILL

Technique First. Results Forever.

A low-intensity 30-minute class to refine form, mobility, and foundational gymnastic movements. Perfect for beginners building confidence, or seasoned members wanting to sharpen skills before hitting the harder classes. With coaching and step-by-step breakdowns, we’ll help you start strong and progress safely through those movements that require the technical breakdown, like, pull-ups, handstands and toes to bar.
