Each class at HIIT Station is designed with science, variety, and results in mind. Whether you want to build strength, sharpen your skills, torch calories, or test endurance, there’s a class for you.
HALF/HALF
30 mins Strength. 30 mins Muay Thai (kickboxing)
Start strong with 30 minutes of strength training, using functional equipment to build power, improve form, and drive real results. Then shift gears with 30 minutes of Muay Thai for fitness. This is a non contact style using Muay Thai pads. Perform fun combinations using punches, kicks, knees, and elbows in a safe, non intimidating, high energy environment that torches calories and builds confidence.
If Muay Thai is not for you, we also have a cardio finisher available. This is a solo workout designed for a heart pumping sweat session that keeps you moving from start to finish.
This class is the perfect balance of strength, skill, and stamina, designed to challenge your body and sharpen your mind.
HIIT HARDER
Partnered Workout
This 60 minute class is the perfect structure for growth.
You will start the session with a strength focus on one movement, building up to your max lift based on the selected rep range. This is a safe and supportive environment to test your strength and build confidence as you edge out improvements with the coach.
Then you will kick off with a fast paced, partnered and functional HIIT HARDER workout. Expect a conditioning session designed to push you and your partner past your limits. It is a great opportunity for anyone looking to level up their training, increase mental fortitude and build confidence that carries over into functional training competitions.
This class offers both scaled and RX options to ensure it is suitable for all fitness levels.
On Saturdays, HIIT MAXX runs as a Long Haul edition for those who want an extra challenge. This is not just more running. It is a harder overall session with higher volume, tougher conditioning, and a greater test of strength and stamina.
HIIT MAX
A 60 min full body functional strength workout.
A class dedicated to a mix of low impact strength training, high intensity functional strength, cardio stations, bodyweight movements, and everything in between. You will focus on major lifts, progressive overload, accessory movements, and technique across a variety of formats, all programmed into specific stations that you rotate through together.
This is our most popular class based on the flexibility and variety it offers. It is structured in a 12 week training block that repeats every 4 weeks with slight adjustments as you progress, with intentional goals to improve your strength in specific lifts, develop new skills, and fine tune technique.
Every fourth week is a deload week, where this class works with lighter loads and a range of fun concepts to allow the body to recover and repair.
HIIT ROX
Our HYROX style class.
Row, run, bike, ski, burpees, wall balls, lunges. This cardio conditioning session is designed to push your stamina to new levels. Across 60 minutes, you will grind, sweat, and build an engine that will not quit. It is perfect for cardio lovers, those with endurance goals, and anyone seeking to build mental toughness.
On Saturdays, this becomes our Long Haul class. This session is designed to be more demanding, with longer running distances and extended endurance work for those who want an extra challenge.
HIIT MAXX ACCELERATE
60 minute heart rate driven strength session
This is our high energy, heart rate focused version of HIIT MAXX, designed to finish your week with a big sweat and a feel good hit of intensity. Unlike our standard HIIT MAXX class, this session is not built around heavy lifting. Instead, it uses light to medium weights, higher reps, and faster paced stations to keep your heart rate elevated from start to finish.
Running exclusively on Friday nights, HIIT MAXX Accelerate is all about moving well, working hard, and kicking off the weekend with energy. It is perfect for anyone who feels intimidated by heavy lifting or simply wants a full body workout that leaves them feeling accomplished, energised, and sweaty heading into the weekend.
HIIT SKILL
Technique First. Results Forever.
A low-intensity 30-minute class to refine form, mobility, and foundational gymnastic movements. Perfect for beginners building confidence, or seasoned members wanting to sharpen skills before hitting the harder classes. With coaching and step-by-step breakdowns, we’ll help you start strong and progress safely through those movements that require the technical breakdown, like, pull-ups, handstands and toes to bar.
